VARIATIONS ON DUSK

Variations on Dusk draws inspiration from the miniature neolithic stone artefact, Embracing Couple. Contained within the geometry of a circle, two performers unfold the gesture of the embrace. The pull of the embrace transforms into a push: grounded by images of geological formation, weathering, tectonic shifting, tension and release.

A site-responsive piece for the Malta National Museum of Archeology, as part of Notte Bianca, in 2025.
